YEP Turkey (Yabancı Dil Eğitim Programı Türkiye) is a joint project of TÜGVA (Turkish Youth Foundation) and the Turkish Ministry of Education aiming to unite global English teachers with young learners of English in Turkey by creating an international English training setting for both parties. It enhances English Language Teaching (ELT) approaches in the globe as well as increasing the skills of young learners of English in Turkey. This project presents tremendous opportunities for both teacher trainees and young Turkish students to exchange global experiences with each other in the English teaching/learning process. For teachers, the project provides a guaranteed job contract in Turkey. For students, it helps and improves their learning skills in English and allows them to have more practical skills in speaking, listening, reading and writing with non-Turkish teachers
