The IMISK Group of companies was initially established in 1959 and incorporated as IMISK A.S. in 1986. The Group is active in trading, transport and logistics, power and technology.

Since its establishment IMISK has played a major role in the import and export of cotton in Turkey. Over the years, the group has also become active in the import of wool, export of construction material, chemicals and textile products. In 1976 the Group started its forwarding activities, with transport from the Turkish ports to the Middle East. From 1991, and based on its expertise in cotton and forwarding, it has become specialized in providing

warehousing and distribution services to the cotton world particularly in Turkey, Central Asia, China and the United Arab Emirates.

Today, together with its original services, the group provides a full range of transport and logistics services particularly in Central Asia and the Middle East.

IMISK Group has invested in its own heavy lift equipment as well as port and terminal operations. Recently IMISK Group has become involved in power generation and geothermal energy. IMISK Group has also developed its warehouse, transportation and distribution Logiswift software suite.

The IMISK Group is growing fast and together with its strategic partners, the Group currently operates in over 20 countries with 300,000 SQM of warehousing facilities and over 1,200 employees
