Havelsan  Teknoloji   Radar  Sanayi  ve  Ticaret   INC.  (HTR) was founded in 1990  as a Turkish-French joint venture for the production of TRS 22XX Long Range Mobile Air Surveillance Radars then by the transfer of Thales shares to HAVELSAN INC. in February 2001, HTR is a subsidiary of HAVELSAN INC and Turkish Armed Forces Foundation (TSKGV) company.HTR has three main fields of activity. Namely, Electronic Systems Integrated Logistic Support (ILS), Design, Assembly and production of electro-Mechanical sub systems,  Electronic Security Systems.
 
HTR has been accomplishing all these activities under high level quality standards.
