Klépierre, the largest public Shopping Centers Investment and Management company of Europe, operates in 16 countries with 178 shopping centers with a portfolio value of 21 billion Euros.

As a major player in continental Europe’s retail property market, Klépierre has shopping center in 57 cities and 16 countries. Its property portfolio is worth €21.9 billion as of June 30, 2015 (excluding duties). Klépierre provides leading retailers with a unique range of shopping centers that together attract more than 1.2 billion visitors each year.
Simon Property Group  and APG, the global leaders of Shopping Center management sector, are among the major shareholders of Klépierre. Klépierre is a public company that is traded in Euronext ParisTM and Euronext Amsterdam markets and is also included in CAC Next40 and CAC Large 60, SBF 80, EPRA Euro Zone, GPR 250 indexes.

The prior Corio, which entered Turkish market after purchasing a part of the shares of Akmerkez in 2005, joined Klépierre company with its headquarters in France, following a merger carried out on March 2015.
 
Klépierre Turkey, had undertaken the investment, management, leasing and development of 7 Shopping Centers having a total 250.000m2 of leasable area and a total value of 550 million Euros in the select cities of Turkey. Our shopping centers in Turkey are; Akmerkez (İstanbul), 365  (Ankara),  Anatolium (Bursa), Tekira (Tekirdağ), Ada (Sakarya), Teras Park (Denizli)  and Tarsu (Mersin).
 
Klepierre owns 46,92% of Akmerkez Shopping Center, 51% of Teras Park, and 100% of the other Shopping Centers which it manages (ADA, 365, Tekira, Anatolium Bursa, Tarsu).
 
Our purpose as Klepierre Turkey is to reach more than 40 million visitors visiting the Shopping Centers each year by strengthening its portfolio in Turkey, to change their lives, to make them happy and to return the shareholders the value of the investment they had made.
