As a group of companies what we do,
The first line of business is the consumer level international airtime transfer. Customers can send prepaid airtime minutes to their friends and family online, globally. Essentially, Pay724 will buy prepaid airtime minutes from the cellular operator of the customer and then transfer them to the other operator of the choice. This is a straightforward process as Pay724 runs a netting process between those two MNO's. There are over 60 countries as of today where the Pay724 enables airtime minute transfer.
Second line of the business is the mobile wallet service integration of the Pay724 to the mobile wallet of the MNO. This integration allows sending and receiving prepaid international airtime minutes from one carrier's mobile wallet to that of the other. This is a value added service with multiple fold impact to the business of the MNO and Pay724 does not charge the MNO for it. The gross margin is collected in the processing of the exchange rate conversion. Hence, the MNO's do not have anything to lose, but just to gain.
Finally, the third line of the business is the Pay724 Carrier Services, mainly focusing voice, SMS and data services. Aforementioned businesses allow Pay724 Carrier Services to engage direct partnerships with MNOs. While netting services that are not necessarily balanced at either the customer operator side or at the Pay724 side, Pay724 Carrier Services bridges the gap in order to complete the netting by terminating voice and SMS services inbound or outbound. Pay 724 Carrier Services has direct connections with MNOs in Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa and South Asia.
