QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
A 3D Measurement (Cmm) specialist will be recruited to be employed in our company at Koper / Slovenia.
General Qualifications:
· Graduated from technical Universtiy
· At least 6 years of experience in automotive quality control and CMM measurement systems(Zaiss and/or PC DMIS)
· 3-D thinking ability.Basic knowledge in CATIA and/or Siemens NX
· Having the good knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawing(GD&T)
· Preferably knowledge ofstamping, welding, machining and assembly
· Preferably experienced in MSA (measurement systems analysis) and SPC (statistical process capability)
· Knowledgeable about measuring instruments and measuring techniques
· Able to use MS Office programs
· Prone to teamwork and strong communication
Responsibilities:
- Realization of CMM measurement requests (Entry quality control / final quality control, project, supplier PPAP etc. measurement requests),
- Introduction and managing of final quality control procedures,
- Preparing the new measurement programme for new parts,
- Communicating with the customer related to the topics of measurement such as programe, tolerance, referance points,
- Guide the launch team for the part improvement,
