English Castle, a successful English Language center in Istanbul, Turkey, announces the vacancy of the Academic Coordinator position.
Candidates are required to:
• Live in Istanbul;
• Have a Turkish citizenship “Turk”;

A brief job description of the position and prerequisite qualifications for the successful candidates are prescribed below:
· University Degree in English Language Teaching or English Literature, CELTA or TESOL (or recognized equivalent);
· Strong knowledge of ELT (Online and face-to-face)
· Excellent level of spoken and written communication skills in Turkish and English;
· Excellent interpersonal/intrapersonal skills;
· Very strong computer skills, including proficiency using MS Word and Excel;
· Ability to organize data, maintain case files and prepare reports;
· Very strong organization and planning skills;
· Very strong ability to collaborate and build program partnerships with respective authorities and cadre;
· Minimum 2-year ESL/EFL teaching experience;
