Effective communication with excellent networking and strong interpersonal skills
Strong business acumen,
Flexibility with strong cultural adaptability,
Following and adopting the new trends and technologies
No military service obligation for male candidates

Job Description:

Identifying and analysing organizational and individual learning & development needs in collaboration with business units and offering appropriate developing learning & development solutions accordingly company strategies by using new learning and development tools, technologies, and trends,
Designing and organizing culture & leadership programs in align with Company values and People & Culture targets and priorities,
Designing and delivering onboarding processes,
Designing unique learning journeys specific to different business units by connecting best in class vendors, searching trends & topics, follows the execution in line with plans.
Contributing to Talent Management programs.
Designing competency development solutions regarding the talent and competency gaps,
Improving digital learning experience through LMS platforms,
Ensuring the high-quality implementation and deployment of global trainings, in close collaboration with Global HR.
Building partnerships with trainers/consultants and developing strong and sustainable relations with suppliers.
