We are looking for a talented Engine Sales Manager to join our team specializing in Rail & Defence for our Distribution Business Segment in Istanbul.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • · Independently developing/executing account plans to build customer relationships
  • · Developing new customer relationships and strengthens current customer relationships that enable identification of a customer’s needs, business model and buying process
  • · Using understanding of customer needs and priorities to identify and offer Cummins solutions
  • · Gaining agreement on the differential advantage of Cummins solutions by helping the customer understand and evaluate existing data and information and the value proposition
  • · Maintaining and strengthening customer relationships to generate future sales and repeat business
  • · Consistently using the Cummins Sales Process as well as Cummins tools, processes, and initiatives that support sales, customer satisfaction, and customer value, e.g., Customer Relationship Management and special projects
  • · Reporting activity via the Customer Relationship Management tool per management direction

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • · Bachelors/Masters in Engineering would be ideal
  • · Background in automotive/engineering industry preferred
  • · Experience of account management/project management skills important
  • · Flexibility to travel to client sites when required
  • Fluency in Turkish and English
