QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an "Account Manager" for our Turkey sales organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree from a reputable university preferably in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience on Key Accounts in FMCG sector.
- Proven track record /sales experience with key international or local retailers.
- Strategic customer relationship building skills
- Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating.
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail a must
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with numbers, good analytical skills enabling to make analysis
- No obstacle to travel & Active driver.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Strategic account management in a financially effective approach
- Execution of business plans to meet or exceed financial objectives by developing collaborative customer partnerships and selling with excellence
- Develop and implement joint business plans including key financials and growth pillars to meet customer & company objectives.
- Demonstrate financial and commercial acumen and understanding of business issues/opportunities.,
- Investigate and integrate information about shopper and retailer to determine development opportunities for all Evyap categories.
- Work in partnership with brand and trade marketing teams to ensure development and implementation of customer category strategy and achieve best-in-class account 4P targets (Product, Placement, Price & Promotion)
