As a result of expanding our organization, we are currently looking for Assistant GL Accountant to join our fast growing and challenging organization.
Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At most 2-3-year experience in finance and accounting
- Good command in English, both verbal and written; required to communicate with global teams
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications (especially in Excel)
- Very good time management, communication, and organizational skills
- High sense of responsibility and ability to work in harmony with team members
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in multi-task environment
Responsibilities
- Assisting in monthly closing activities; booking base level journal entries.
- Assisting in monthly bank reconciliation activities
- Assisting in all group companies’ VAT refund applications
- Assisting in all group companies’ periodical independent and tax audit activities
- Follow up of all group companies’ MERSIS, trade registry and tax office issues
- Follow up and preparation of TUIK questionnaires/reports/replies
- Follow up of all group companies’ tax office notification letters and their replies
- Organize group companies’ archive activities with Archive Service Suppliers
