QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

As, the Accounting and Administrative Manager, you are responsible for the issuance and reliability of all statements in due time. In daily contact with the Finance Department of the Headquarter in France, you manage all accounting, fiscal, legal and financial aspects of the business for our branch in Turkey, and also business analysis, Payroll & H.R, Internal Control, Indirect expenses… You actively participate to the annual financial plan process. On a monthly basis you update the forecast and proceeds with a monthly financial review with the Headquarters based in France.

You are the main contact for third parties such as banks, CPA, auditors, legal advisers, administrations, insurance companies…

Upon request, you provide the Headquarters with all the necessary information and studies as well as recommendations as decision-making tools for Management.

You support the development of the activities, notably through the credit management process, while respecting all corporate policies.

Hands-on, pragmatic and involved in daily operations, you will be able to affirm a strong commitment in this new human-sized company that benefits from a high potential market, a very strong brand and high financial capabilities. Polyvalent, dynamic, service-oriented, open-minded, rigorous, reliable and responsible, you are fluent in French and in English. Your mother tongue is Turkish.

You are graduated in Master degree of Finance. You have a strong and solid experience in a similar position within an international organization. Knowledge of international accounting standards is a prerequisite.
