QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
The position will be located in Bursa and report to the Director of Account Shared Service as part of the FST Europe Accounting Team. The role takes the lead in Accounting processes, statutory reporting in line with legal/tax regulations and Freudenberg accounting standards requirements
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions like accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, intercompany balances, cash flow, and taxes
- Preparation Quarterly Internal reporting according to IFRS & German GAAP in coordination with external Audit firm
- Preparation Quarterly/Yearly Statutory Reports in Line with tax requirements in coordination with external Tax Audit Firm
- Preparation of monthly tax reports and managing VAT return process with the support of external Tax Audit Firm
- Review of accounts payable/receivable and intercompany positions to ensure no mismatches
- Preparation for General Assembly & Board meeting in coordination with the external Law office
- Management of Investment, R&D incentive requirements
- Participation of various improvement projects with Global Team
Qualifications
- SMMM certification
- 3-5 years of experience of team management
- Experience in a multinational company with corporate finance principles
- SAP experience and Excel
- Ability to prioritize and resilience
- Ability to clarify processes and implement improvement projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and change
- Excellent Teamwork with teammates in Plant & Global Accounting team
- Advanced English language skills
