GENEL NİTELİKLER
Mefar Pharmaceuticals, is the Contract Development & Manufacturing Organization CDMO) in Turkey and the neighboring region for sterile injectable products. We are looking for a 'Accounting Manager' for our Financial Group Directorate.
Qualıfıcations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineering.
- At least fifteen years of experience in the relevant field.
- Holding the CPA (SMMM) license.
- Very good knowledge of Local Accounting and Tax Legislation, and preferably TFRS.
- Knowledge of VAT return process.
- Experience in cost accounting and exports/imports legislation.
- Preferably experience on SAP.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Advanced level of MS Office applications.
- Teamwork oriented with good communication skills.
- Experienced in team management.
- Hands on approach.
- Making the right decision by evaluating all responsibilities with result-oriented, analytical thinking and planned action.
Job Description
- Maintain and oversee all accounting procedures and processes including but not limited to financial reporting, tax filings, investment incentives certification.
- Hands on approach in working with the team and overlook the GAAP, financial reporting standards, general accounting, investment incentives, tax law, commercial law, social security law , transfer pricing legislation.
- Planning the preparation process for the external audits.
- Preparing the monthly and annual financial statements.
- Overlook the processes of and if necessary prepare the tax declarations and annual filing processes.
- Ensuring the cost accounting.
- Managing e-invoice and e-archive processes.
- Maintaining relations with official institutions like Chamber of Commerce, Trade Registry, Tax Offices.
- Leading the accounting team and processes transition to SAP.
