GENEL NİTELİKLER
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related disciplines,
- CPA (SMMM) license
- Master’s Degree is a plus,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managerial jobs, especially at global organizations., Manufacturing accounting experience,
- Extensive Financial & Cost Accounting skills and IFRS knowledge;
- Good knowledge of Turkish GAAP, Turkish Tax and Accounting
- Fluent in written and verbal English ,
- Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) softwares, experienced working with datatables and pivots.
- SAP FI knowledge is a plus,
- No military obligation for male candidates,
- Good analytical skills to use in reporting processes,
- Strong communication skills as a team leader.
- Ability to identify, analyze and solve accounting and operational issues
- Intellectually curious, analytically strong, and embracer of change
- Hardworking, having Leadership skills, result oriented, dynamic and self-motivated.
Job Description
- Preparing monthly / yearly financial reports & analysis and statutory declerations in accordance with the local regulations. And present them to the board.
- Ensure that all transactions are in compliance with the laws and regulations.
- Ensure that efficient internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with Turkish Accounting Standards and Tax;
- Ensures compliance with Company and Group procedures.
- Liaises with Group correspondents and supports to group financial management abroad,
- Represent the company at the government authorities (like tax authorities , etc.) and manage the official communication with them.
- To lead and manage the teams of collection and finance.
- Perform month-end account closing activities and reconciliations,
- Liaise and coordinate audits with internal and external audit teams;
- Prepare the weekly/monthly/yearly cash flow plan and report it to the board.
- Controlling and analysis of AP/AR Accounts
- Managing the communications with the banks.
- Following up the new regulations and implement them into the company processes.
- Provide leadership in the development for the continuous improvement.
