QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Purpose

• Responsible for the bookkeeping accordingly to IFRS/German GAAP in vessel entities.
  
• Responsible for the effective planning of liquidity of managed fleet.
• Responsible for monthly / quarterly reporting input provided to Controlling

Principal Accountabilities

Vessels:

• Bookkeeping accordingly to IFRS/German GAAP:

- Revenues related to Hire

- Luboil stock and consumpion

- Cash box

- Bank statement

- Accruals

• Control of AP and AR
• Weekly payments done to vendors
• Monthly / Quarterly report closing
• Liquidity control for vessels under responsibility
• Funding requests preparation accordingly to type of expenses
• Invoice checking in NS5 for Accounting related invoices
• Control of the correct allocation of the crew costs accordingly to the Crewman agreement (what is covered by lumpsum, what should stay on Owner’s expenses)
• Update of expenses overview related to Insurance case, DD and control of correct allocation of the costs in the books
• Issue invoices:

- To Charterer for expenses to be reimbursed

• Filing of contracts, documents on server

• Directly responsible for ensuring quality of Accounting standards and monthly/quarterly reporting is maintained

• Reports to the Accounting Manager and Senior Accounting Officer
