ACCOUNTING RESPONSIBLE
QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Assisting the accounting department in daily, monthly, and annual activities and to ensure efficient, timely and accurate postings of accounts under his or her control.
Job Description:
- Work with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting.
- Posting of purchase invoices, personnel expense forms, Insurance Policy.
- Posting of sale return invoices and follow return invoice procedures
- Posting of fixed asset Invoices and follow fixed asset procedures
- Perform account reconciliations
- Monitor vendor account details
- Prepare vendor payment reports
- Assist with month-end Closing
- Preparing tax declarations (Withholding tax, Vat 1, Vat 2)
- Assist with internal and external audits.
General Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Knowledge of general accounting.
- Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures
- Knowledge of general accounting principals
- Proficiency in English and in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- 2-3 years general accounting experience
