Sephora has been active in Turkey since 2007, with 41 stores and online in 10 different cities. As Sephora Turkey, we are looking for a “Accounting Specialist” with the following skills and qualifications;


QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in related fields (Business Administration, Accounting …)
  • Minimum 3 years general accounting experience
  • Good SAP knowledge is must
  • Good command of English
  • Team player
  • Ability to self-organizing, self disciplined and systematic working
  • Eager to learning and development
  • Avoid to military service obligation for male candidates


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To follow up and to recording all purchasing invoices and determine the variance between goods reception vs invoiced amounts
  • To proceed e-invoicing system and issue the invoices
  • To have communication between cross departments for getting necessary actions
  • for inventory variances and issuing re-charge invoices
  • Responsible for AR/AP Reconciliation
  • To prepare monthly tax declaration (WHT, VAT1-VAT2…etc)
  • To take role for any tax audit, internal or external audit
  • To take responsible for financial month end closing jobs
  • Any ad-hoc reports if necessary
  • To assist Accounting Executive in his/her absence
