Job Description
- Postings of all entries- exits and cancellations for Primary Insurance Policies (both for Elementary and health insurances)
- Receiving necessary system reports and definitions for month-end Insurance Periodization Process.
- Transfer bookings from Prepaid expenses to related expense accounts for month-end closings.
- Systematic entries of import files
- Follow up the 159 Import Clearing Account
- FI mapping for New Vendor Cards after their creation by Procurement Department
- Any adjustment over Vendor Cards with the condition of necessary documentation (e.g. change in bank account information)
- Postings of packaging returns)
- Preparation of month-end closing excel sheets for 101-120-128-129-136-181- 180-280-336-340 Accounts.
