QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are searching for an " Accounting Specialist" who will work in our office ,in İzmir Bornova location.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting departments or closely related field,
· Min. 4 years of experience in the field of Financial Affairs and Accounting
· Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP will be plus,
· Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
· Good team player, strong communication skills,
· Confident in data reporting and analysis,
· High adaptation and accountability skills,
· No military service obligation for male candidates.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Execution of E-Invoice, E-Archive Invoice,
· Responsible for stock accounting for imported goods, cost of goods sold reconciliation and purchased services,
· Preparing monthly stock tables and related reports.
· To complete month end closing processes
· To complete stock, inventory-accounting quantity / value reconciliations at the end of the month.
· Ensuring the actual / accounting reconciliation of all stocks quarterly.
· To prepare the reports required by the auditors during the audit periods
· Following Intercompany transactions and reconciliations
· Responsible from full Export VAT refund process
