QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· To ensure reporting Bayer’s financial reporting system timely and accurate that analyze, reconcile the balance sheet accounts as well as complies with Turkish Local Chart of Accounts and IFRS requirements.
· Preparation and submitting monthly indirect tax (VAT-1, VAT-2), withholding tax declarations and other submissions (B Forms, GEKAP etc.)
· Preparing Local adjustment booking between IFRS to Local GAAP.
· Assisting in finalization of audits (tax, external & internal etc.)
· Execution of relations with the tax office and involving disputes with the tax authorities
· Preparing payment orders and assisting to Finance team for accounting entries of payments
· Assisting Account Payables / Source-to-Pay process and support to business for related queries (Credit Notes, manual e-invoice process etc.)
· Partnering with the business and supporting accounting & tax related topics.
WHO YOU ARE
· University degree in related fields (Business Administration, Economics, etc.)
· Min. 3 years of experience in finance and accounting (Multinational company experience is preferred)
· Good knowledge of Turkish GAAP, tax and accounting requirements, also IFRS knowledge is preferred
· SMMM degree or internship is preferred
· Good command of English
· Experienced SAP, MS Office
· Team player and having strong communication and analytical skills
