QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance or similar disciplines,
- Advanced level of verbal and written English,
- Excellent command of MS Office applications,
- Experience in daily accounting issues,
- SAP knowledge is an asset,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Strategic mindset and strong goal-orientation,
- Detail oriented, collaborative approach,
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills,
- Being able to work with strict deadlines,
- Multitasking skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible of:
- Efficient management of accounting department’s whole soft and hard copy documentation,
- Organisation and maintenance of the company’s archiving system in relation to accounting related documents,
- Preparation, distribution, collection, storage and maintenance of the company’s corporate documents such as BOD minutes, General Assembly Meeting documentation and letter of attorney,
- Coordination of approval and signature processes of the board of directors,
- Maintenance and documentation of ordinary and extraordinary General Assembly processes,
- Preparation, coordination and compilation of the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency, and compliance,
- Ensuring sustainability and wellbeing of the company’s corporate memory via periodical controls over archiving systems,
- Assisting lawyers by the management of legal documents,
- Overseeing and taking active role in the whole general accounting functions of the company,
- Taking active role in feasibility and implementation phases of restructuring processes (mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, inbound/outbound investments),
- Works closely with other departments such as corporate finance, legal and business development teams.
