QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Qualifications

· B.Sc. and/or M.Sc. in Economics, Management or related departments.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting position.

· SMMM qualification is an asset,

· Proficiency in MS Office Applications and very good knowledge of SAP FI/CO/MM.

· Knowledge on process methodology and strategy.

· Good verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in Defence & Aerospace sector is a plus

· No military obligation.

· Knowledge IFRS

Job Description

This position will support invoice control & data entry, deduction tracking & invoicing and registration tasks with legal regulations and company procedures.

· Performing day to day accounting and bookkeeping activities (receivable, payable, bank transaction) in compliance with Turkish GAAP and tax legislation

· Making reconciliations with clients, vendors and banks,

· Ensuring the accuracy of fixed asset records,

· Preparing BA-BS declaration,

· Preparing tax declaration forms (VAT, Withholding Tax Return, Stamp Duty, Corporate Income Tax),

· Carrying out e-ledger, e-invoice, e-archive processes

· Responsible for month end and year end activities, Electronic Book and Invoice Recordings,

Preparation of periodically requested legal reports and internal reports.
