Perfetti Van Melle, one of the largest multinational companies in the confectionary market, owner of leading local and global brands like Vivident, Mentos, Chupa Chups or Big Babol would like to employ Accounting Specialist. The candidate will be reporting to Financial Accounting Manager:

Responsibilities

· Ensure main customer data management on SAP and Vision Plus (such as; new product & price change & discount & barcode & credit limit identifications and open a new current card),

· Monitor customer account details for delayed or non-payments and other irregularities and generate age analysis and collect of payments,

· Monitor client processes, identify and update contract terms on SAP and Vision Plus,

· Support regional accountants about SAP/accounting records,

· Register the customer payments and service invoices and reconcile of sales invoices,

· Track clients’ letters of guarantees, bonds and mortgages and doubtful receivables,

· Reconciliation of customer current accounts and reconcile of POS & DBS accounts,

· Track all legal licenses, lease agreements, deposits and taxes for regions,

· Track and check the documents of all company vehicles,

· Organize the printing processes of dispatch notes and receipts of payment, notes of expenses and e-dispatch rolls, deliver them to the regional accountants and warehouses,

· Monitor and follow notary procedures,

· Being the leader of an archive process and responsible from declarations of e-ledgers & legal books on time.

Qualifications required for this position are as follows;

· Degree in the relevant departments of the Faculties of Economics and Administrative Sciences at universities,

· Minimum 4 years of experience in similar positions,

· Ability to use MS Office programs well, preferably capable of using Vision Plus program,

· Ability to use SAP at an advanced level,

· Intermediate level of English,

· Good command and active use of e-invoice, e-archive and e-books applications,

· Detail-oriented, team player and problem-solving skills
