QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Core Responsibilities;
- Live and promote "we never compromise on safety". Follow all environment, health and safety related precaution
- Manage of all activities according to RC rules (all EHS activities)
- Business related information and documents should be protected against misuse or loss by appropriate Information protection measures
- Actively represent MBCC Group interests and act as a role model with regards to Compliance and Code of conduct, ensure adherence to legal regulations and the company’s internal guidelines as well CORE values and principles.
- Leadership / Coaching / Development of the team. Live a positive management culture and drive employee engagement. Own responsibility for direct reports. Lead, couch and develop team as well as reach out to other functional teams with leadership and experience.
- Effective communications concerning MBCC Group Corporate Values and Principles.
QUALIFICATIONS;
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years working in a chemical related industry.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in production related industry at a manager level.
- Working knowledge of production planning and inventory management techniques.
- Working knowledge of the construction chemicals industry an advantage
- Computer literate – SAP, Microsoft Office (expert level)
- English (Fluent) & Turkish (Fluent).
