JOB DESCRIPTION


  • General organisation and administration of the office related works and reporting to the supervisors on a regular basis
  • Set up meetings both internally and with the clients
  • Prepare draft invoices and send to the accounting department for issuance
  • Extract basic reports to excel from related softwares and organise the reports
  • Assistance with timesheet and expense reports
  • Answer incoming phone calls and connect with the related individuals

QUALIFICATIONS


  • University graduate from 2 year or 4 year programs
  • Secretarial / admin experience is a plus
  • Good social skills and organising
  • Good with computer
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Office applications
  • Basic level of English
