We are looking for a "Admin Assistant " for our customer who has established itself as a major player in “energy sector”.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree and qualification level.
  • 2-5 Years of specific experience in their field.
  • Knowledge of computer programmes such as Microsoft Office/Internet
  • Knowledge of using office tools.
  • Fluent English speaker


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Persons on Board (POB) needed by HSE and security in case of evacuation. This is a daily report that is taking time away from people that are already busy with their day to day scope
  • Managing accommodation needs (Hotel and apartment reservation needs)
  • Arranging transport (cars, minibuses ) needs
  • E-journey (although many of employees are creating their own e-journeys we still have people that do not access and rely on the supervisors and managers to create this for them taking their time up.)
  • Admin relief from many other positions (POC, POM, SS, QA, POE, Petre…)
  • Filing and scanning of documents and work packs
  • Acting as reception/welcome function as currently people just walk in and wonder about the office
  • Interpreter (In case of need)
  • Support with simple procurement (generally indirect)
  • Liaison with HR
  • Obtaining entry permits and other general permits
  • Arranging COVID, Rapid flow/Antigen/PCR testing, vaccines register
  • Arranging catering (managing lunch orders for present employees)
  • Managing camp issues/liaison with building and facilities issues (arranging to refill generators with diesel, ordering drinking water, refilling water tank for general consumption, organising minor repairs and improvements…)
  • Organising training for personnel
  • Helping educate the team on general etiquette in Turkey
