Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Administration Affairs

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics or related departments

  • 5S and problem solving techniques

  • Excellent communications, reporting and organisational skills,

  • Result and customer oriented,

  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications,

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Valid driver license and active driver

  • Military service completed for male candidates

  • Reside/ Willing to reside in Kocaeli

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Subcontractor Management

  • Get involved in departmental projects

  • Following up departmental asset control

  • Monthly service invoice tracking and analyses reporting

  • Welcoming & internal event management

  • Following up daily service process due to operational standards

  • Improving processes using 5S and problem solving techniques
