Administrative Tasks:

  • Deal with phone receptions
  • Welcome visitors
  • Scanning & archiving Accounting and Administrative documents
  • Translation


Business Assignments:

  • Prepare and submit weekly schedule of the field employees
  • Trip organisations
  • Arrange pick-ups and hotel reservations for the guests


IT Admin Support:

  • Support local users for IT issues being the intermediary person between IT Help Desk in France and local team


HR Admin Support:

  • Prepare Leave and Absence statements each month
  • Follow BES pension fund process
  • HR documents support
  • Organise arrival of new team members
  • Admin support for organisation of trainings for the employees


Accounting Support:

  • Get confirmation of all purchase invoices
  • Follow up Expense Sheet of employees


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Advanced English
  • Residence close to Hüseyinli (Çekmeköy)
  • Presentable
  • Strong communication skills
  • Cooperative team member
  • Service oriented
