Responsibilities
- Assisting the manager, managing the telephone traffic, organizing the meetings and invitations,
- Managing e-mail, cargo, documents, domestic and international correspondence,
- Interpreting the changing situations and making necessary revisions,
- Welcoming and hosting domestic/foreign guests,
- Following the travel organizations, visa procedures, flight and hotel reservations of the manager,
- Ensuring that daily, weekly and monthly reports are delivered to the manager on time and regularly,
- Making the necessary preliminary preparations for the meetings and organizations of the manager he is affiliated with,
- Ensuring correct and timely communication, coordination and information flow with stakeholders and monitoring
- Preparation and reporting of research, reports, presentations and documents requested from her.
Qualifications
- Preferably graduated from 4-year undergraduate department of universities,
- Preferably with legal knowledge,
- Preferably at least 3 years of experience in similar positions,
- Excellent communication and presentaion skills,
- Strong communication skills, strong coordination and operation direction,
- Knowledge of planning, business follow-up and organization,
- Knowledge of protocol reception rules,
- Having a systematic and regular working principle,
- Highly representative, dynamic,
- Able to use MS Office programs actively,
- Careful and detailed in reporting and documentation,
- Strong written and verbal communication in English, fluent in English
- No travel restrictions,
- Able to adapt to flexible and busy working hours
