QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description Summary
Administrative and Executive Support. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operationssupervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Office and administrative assistance to teams or individuals - Should not include calendar management and other "personal support" agenda
- Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area
- Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area
- Resolves issues using established procedures
- Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of definedinstructions/parameters
- Collaborates with others to solve issues
- For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE
- Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an executive assistant preferably in a multinational company
- Excellent command of both written and spoken Turkish & English
- Strong communications and organizational skills
- Strong time management skill
- Very good knowledge of Office applications
- Detail and result-oriented attitude
- High degree of discretion when taking care of confidential information
