QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- University Degree
- Native in Russian and Arabic (also fluent in English)
- Min. 4 years of experience in a similar job (preferably health tourism)
- Manage the phone traffic of the board member,
- Ability to represent and show the necessary care in welcoming and hosting the guests,
- To guide and help the guests with their health processes,
- To make travel organizations for the board member,
- Office stationery, purchasing needs and following the process,
- Able to use MS Office programs well,
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Coordinating meeting organizations and meeting rooms,
- To follow up and record incoming and outgoing documents,
- Adopts the principle of working carefully and regularly,
- Diction is correct, ability to represent is strong and responsible,
- Dynamic, meticulous and paying attention to details.
