QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Istanbul. We are looking to recruit a Female Administrative Assistant / Secretary who will meet the following conditions:

  • Calendar management, scheduling meetings, and appointments,
  • High level of scheduling, prioritizing, task management, and follow up of COO’s agenda and meetings,
  • Managing travel and meeting organizations,
  • Producing excel reports and PPT presentations,
  • Maintaining appropriate records and documentation,
  • Acting as a Personal Assistant,
  • Proactively identifies and resolves executive needs.

What are we looking for?

  • University degree in related fields,
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position,
  • Good level of written and spoken English and
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task work,
  • Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and planning.
