  • Bachelor or Master Degree
  • Thorough knowledge of administrative practices and procedures, and systematic applications
  • Excellent command of English and Japanese(JLPT N1or N2 Preferable), both verbal and written,
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar position
  • Good command of MS Office applications
  • Strong communication, negotiation, organizing and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills
  • Able to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments
  • Must possess the highest level of work ethics and integrity with the ability to maintain confidential information
  • Must possess strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to take initiative to complete assignments and job Responsibilities with minimal supervision


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • We are looking for Administrative Coordination Specialist/Interpreter
  • Coordinates all internal and external meetings and travel arrangements
  • Plans and prepares materials for internal and external meetings, including scheduling and distribution of agendas and meeting materials
  • Proactively identifies and resolves executive needs
  • Maintains filing system
  • Responsible for visitor coordination; contact list management
  • Passes along information and routine matters to appropriate parties for action and follows up to assure timely completion
  • Contacts company personnel at all levels of the organization to gather information and prepare reports
  • Supports accounting department
