QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical / Electronics Engineering or other related fields,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Collaborative mindset and teamwork oriented,
- Planning and organization skills related to the work
- Male candidates must have completed the mandatory military service,
- Having no travel constraints for field studies of domestic and international projects,
- Preferably with a Class B driver's license and able to drive actively,
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Following up domestic and international customer needs after the sale of manufactured products in a solution oriented manner,
- Follow-up of the records of malfunctions from customers,
- Coordination with the R&D department when necessary to examine and develop incoming fault records.
- Preparation of periodic failure reports,
- Providing support to relevant units for detection of mechanical, electrical and electronics faults and their elimination within the targeted period,
- Maintaining a continuous written and verbal communication with dealers and customers abroad
