QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assistance and guidance on the property tax matters
- Arranging appointments with the notary public for the power of attorney and a translator for the convenience of the client.
- Assisting the customer to get his/her tax number from the Tax Office.
- Assisting the customer to open a bank account and inform him/her about the local banking system.
- Assisting the customer to get the appraisal report.
- Registration of the property under the name of the customer at the municipality.
- Registering for electricity, water, and phone line.
The Successful Applicant
- Fluency (written and spoken) in English and Turkish.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience as a customer service representative in a busy customer service environment.
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Customer-focused to achieve the best result for your customers and the business.
- Effective networking and communication skills.
