QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assistance and guidance on the property tax matters
  • Arranging appointments with the notary public for the power of attorney and a translator for the convenience of the client.
  • Assisting the customer to get his/her tax number from the Tax Office.
  • Assisting the customer to open a bank account and inform him/her about the local banking system.
  • Assisting the customer to get the appraisal report.
  • Registration of the property under the name of the customer at the municipality.
  • Registering for electricity, water, and phone line.

The Successful Applicant

  • Turkish Driver License
  • Fluency (written and spoken) in English and Turkish.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience as a customer service representative in a busy customer service environment.
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Customer-focused to achieve the best result for your customers and the business.
  • Effective networking and communication skills.
