QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

GENERAL FEATURES

Our Copmany are looking for Technical Service Staff (after sales) with the below requirements:

• Graduated from Engineering departments (Preferably Industrial Engineering),

• Minimum 3 years of experience in after-sales services,

• Preferably have work experience in Tire and / or Automative sectors,

• Have good Project management skills,

• Good command of IATF 16949, ISO 9001 Quality standards,

• Good command of MS Office Excel program,

• Have a good ability to work with foreigners,

• Good analytical and reporting skills,

• Customer focused and problem solving solution oriented,

• High work discipline skills,

• No restriction to travel,

• Male candidates who completed military service,

• Located in Ankara.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Fulfillment, development and reporting of after sales services,

• Planning, conducting and finalizing field studies,

• Preparation of relevant department reports,

• Following field studies and after-sales services and making relevant analyzes,

• Follow-up of product developments and improvements with relevant departments,

• Provision of necessary products and materials for R&D and quality studies.
