QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
The Staubli Group is a leading technology group of companies which is known worldwide as the manufacturer of shedding and weaving preparation systems and carpet weaving systems for textile industry, a rapidly growing industrial robots manufacturer and a major address for quick coupling systems.With a workforce of over 5000, Stäubli has a presence in 25 countries and agents in 50 countries worldwide.Within our increasing business scope in Turkey, we are seeking for a qualifiedcandidates for " After Sales Support Specialist " position at our Textile Division located at headquarters in İstanbul.
The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications.
•University degree from related departments in a reputable university
•Very good command of English and preferably French or German as a second language
•Residing in Istanbul Assian part
•Outstanding customer service skills and experienced working in this sector
•Advanced coordination and communication skills
•Well organised, excellent time management, detail-oriented and self-motivated
•Good level of MS Office applications
•Experience in running and operating ERP and CRM systems
•SAP knowlegde is a plus
•Military service must be completed for male candidates
