We are in search of an After Sales Support Specialist to work at our Istanbul Office.


What do we expect from you?

  • Participate in all projects' activities from basic to more sophisticated ones,
  • Respond to client inquiries and to refer for quotations (price inquiries),
  • Preparing quotation as per client RFQ's,
  • Respond to client clarifications and complaints,
  • Accurately collect and organize information and data from project management systems and other sources to assimilate into company reports,
  • Prepare non-technical correspondence (letters, meeting notes, and proposals) and review outgoing materials for suitability with the Company’s standard operating procedures, practices, and formats,
  • Responsible for project file archiving and storage,
  • Working collaboratively and cross-functionally to obtain information and/or solve problems in support of the team’s goals,
  • Facilitate sample submittals with product technical data description as required by the client and stakeholders,
  • Provide general administrative support to Sales & Marketing team,


The person we are looking for has;

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business administration and/or related departments from a reputable university,
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience and good knowledge in business management and administration,
  • Proficient knowledge in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Advanced level of English in comprehending, writing, and speaking is Mandatory (knowledge in the Chinese language will be preferred),
  • Having a Class B driver's license and be an active driver,
  • Capacity to work in a global environment,
  • Baring no restrictions for traveling locally and internationally,
  • Experience in engaging with customers in a dynamic environment,
  • Strong verbal/written and presentation skills and excellent communication skills,
  • Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills,
  • Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized,
  • For male candidates, the military service should be completed and/or postponed for a minimum of 2 years.
