Reporting to Domestic Aftersales Field Service Manager, responsible for all aftersales related coordination of key account clients within responsible region.
To be a single point of contact of customers in order to increase coordination & customer satisfaction.
To ensure that the company will reach its goals concerning the Quality objectives.
Visits regularly Key Account Customers with region services & work with close relations with DPSMs in order to build up strong relations to support Aftersales operation.
Supports to the customer complains’ resolution in the field.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering faculties - Mechanical, Automotive or Industrial Engineering Department) from a reputable university.
Capable of planning and organization, having strong analytical mindset & give importance to details.
