QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
- Reporting to Domestic Aftersales Field Service Manager, responsible for all aftersales related coordination of key account clients within responsible region.
- To be a single point of contact of customers in order to increase coordination & customer satisfaction.
- To ensure that the company will reach its goals concerning the Quality objectives.
- Visits regularly Key Account Customers with region services & work with close relations with DPSMs in order to build up strong relations to support Aftersales operation.
- Supports to the customer complains’ resolution in the field.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering faculties - Mechanical, Automotive or Industrial Engineering Department) from a reputable university.
- Capable of planning and organization, having strong analytical mindset & give importance to details.
- Result-oriented & effective in problem solving.
- Interpersonal, communication, collaboration skills.
- High level of computer literacy & MS Office knowledge is required.
- Min. 2 years of professional experience esp. in Automotive Aftersales Sector, with similar responsibilities.
- Advanced level of both written & spoken English
- No travel restrictions.
