QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:

  • Reporting to Domestic Aftersales Field Service Manager, responsible for all aftersales related coordination of key account clients within responsible region.
  • To be a single point of contact of customers in order to increase coordination & customer satisfaction.
  • To ensure that the company will reach its goals concerning the Quality objectives.
  • Visits regularly Key Account Customers with region services & work with close relations with DPSMs in order to build up strong relations to support Aftersales operation.
  • Supports to the customer complains’ resolution in the field.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering faculties - Mechanical, Automotive or Industrial Engineering Department) from a reputable university.
  • Capable of planning and organization, having strong analytical mindset & give importance to details.
  • Result-oriented & effective in problem solving.
  • Interpersonal, communication, collaboration skills.
  • High level of computer literacy & MS Office knowledge is required.
  • Min. 2 years of professional experience esp. in Automotive Aftersales Sector, with similar responsibilities.
  • Advanced level of both written & spoken English
  • No travel restrictions.
