QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
What you will do
Aftersales Services Engineer will be a member of our Johnson Controls Hitachi team based in Istanbul. You will be reporting to the Aftersales Service Manager and be part of an emergent team that is focused on expanding our footprint and customer base to achieve our strong growth objectives.
How you will do
As an Aftersales Services Engineer, you will be responsible for spare parts planning for current and future product portfolio of the company. You will be managing spare parts procurement processes from company’s factories at abroad.
You will participate in trainings conducted by global product management team and aftersales service teams and give trainings in Turkish to company’s local sales & after sales employees and dealers&aftersales services.
You will follow up faults at product portfolios, communicate and correspond with global R&D and after sales service teams for faults and failures of products received form field. You will learn and define fault detection and diagnosis methodologies and possible repair/maintenance procedures, apply these procedures with the field teams to solve problems.
You are a good communicator who enjoys acting as a bridge between different parties and searching for improvement areas and methodologies.
What we look for
Required
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience at a similar position
- Excellent English skills
- Good communication and follow up skills
Preferred
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
