QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


How do we describe the perfect fit?

 

  • Bachelor's or MSc Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related engineering departments,
  • Min. 3 years of experience in Research and Development or Production Technologies,
  • Having experience in mentoring teams to adopt Agile practices as an external coach, ScrumMaster or Product Owner is a plus,
  • Working experience in cross-functional project teams,
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Knowledge or Jira is a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies,
  • Outside the box thinking ability,
  • Open to innovation culture,
  • Flexible and open to new perspectives,
  • A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
  • Knowing what empathy really means,
  • Being open to communication is always our priority.

 

The position is located in Çayırova.

 


How will you foster the change?

 

We are looking for a passionate Agile Coach who will join us at the Central R&D- Arçelik.

 
  • Coaching tribes and squads on Agile processes and ceremonies,
  • Working with tribes and squads on process improvement and metrics, necessary to show progress and establish Agile best practices in conjunction with technical best practices,
  • Being highly efficient in guiding the formation of self-sufficient squads and their well-refined backlogs,
  • Working closely with multi-functional teams to create and help them execute squads’ product goals,
  • Collaborating with other leading Agile roles (R&D Director, Tribe Leads, Product Leads, Technology Leads, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Development teams) to ensure the realization of the R&D Agile transformation journey,
  • Coaching teams and management towards improving Agile processes and metrics,
  • Conducting Agile Operational requirements in form of Business reviews quarterly, semi-annually, and yearly,
  • Developing and maintaining a rolling detailed coaching plan in partnership with the other leading Agile roles, 
  • Understanding consumer insights and aligning them within the Agile delivery cycle.
