Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree –Engineering or Aviation Management is preferred,
- Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience, to be trained,Native Turkish, perfect in English (speaking/writing)
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Strong problem solving skills,
- B Class Driving License owner and active driver.
Preferably residing in or near Istanbul Arnavutköy, Göktürk, Kemerburgaz, Hasdal, Tayakadin regions
Winter working hours: 08:00-18:00
Summer working hours: 07:00-17:00
Job Description
- Being in charge of all activities of the aircrew and responsibility for the management and operation for them,
- Meeting the plane on the ramp after gaining apron experience,
- Informing the requirements of the aircraft to the region we are affiliated with abroad
- Entering and following the arrival information of our UPS cargo plane through the system,
- Organizing the arrival and departure of the pilots
- Controlling all apron activities, customs and ground handling operations and report compliance with UPS standards,
- Responsible for the security of all UPS materials,
- Managing ULD control and tracking of country stock. Making a ULD request from according to the requirements.
- Prepare weekly , monthly reports and daily productivity reports,
- Ensuring that the services received from all providers from which UPS receives services related to the Air Operations department are carried out correctly and without disruption.
- Keeping track of payroll and time information of employees in our transfer center in IGA.
