QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate should have:
- A relevant college degree,
- Preferably a candidate who has previously performed a similar job in a 5-Star Luxury Hotels,
- Age preference is 20-35,
- Must be comfortable in working flexible hours in every shift,
- Fluent English both written and spoken,
- Good command Microsoft Office and office tools,
- Good team player, working well with other departments and co-workers,
- Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines of hotel industry.
İŞ TANIMI
- Ensures that all hotel guests are met and assisted at the airport on arrival and departure in order to provide personalized service and create the best first and last impression
- Co-ordinates and assists transportation requirements of guests and actsas a liaison between hotel and airport
- Promotes and maintains good working relation with airline desk, customs, immigration and other airport personnel
- Exhibits upmost confidentiality with guests and guest information
- Is fully knowledeable on the airport facilities like general areas, restaurants, car park and so on
- Performs his/her duties according to D Maris Bay Standard Operation Procedures and Leading Quality Assurance standards.
- Ensure that both the Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests
- Maintains professional image while on duty with well grooming hygiene and prescribed uniform.
