QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE:

Marketing Executive

POSITION OBJECTIVE (Describe why this specific position exists)

The objective of the Marketing Executive Position is to plan, develop, implement and control all actions of the marketing plan and promote the company and its products in order to create added value for the company and to develop and consolidate its position in the markets where it operates.

• Adapt and implement the Group’s Marketing strategy in the local markets in cooperation with the Group Head of Marketing and the Commercial Director of the Subsidiary.

• Prepare the Marketing plan with clear objectives, strategic planning and actions according to realistic and agreed timeframes, in cooperation with its Department and the Sales Force of the company.

• Coordinate its subordinates to implement and monitor the Marketing Plan, control all Marketing actions, evaluate the achievement of targets and suggest improvements (objectives and product mix).

• Cooperate with the Sales Department to develop and promote the company and its products in new and existing markets (market research, environmental analysis, product analysis, distribution channels, promotion, advertising etc.)

• Analyze systematically all available data and information regarding the products’ sales performance, the market trends, the competition.

• Conduct markets research or surveys in order to define the position of the company and its competitors in the market (products, prices, distribution, promotion) and to evaluate the customers’ satisfaction level.

Select and train its subordinates in cooperation with the Human Resources Department. Support, motivate and evaluate their performanceand competences according to the internal procedures.

Select, cooperate, coordinate and evaluate advertising and marketing agencies, as well as market research & strategic analysis companies.

• Prepare and implement marketing actions, both for the Sales Department and customers.

• Set the priorities and the organization of the department.

• Ensure the improvement of the company's image and its awareness according to the company’s strategy.

• Make proposals, coordinate and control all promotional actions (media, digital marketing, exhibitions, events, brochures etc.)

• Organize the presence of the company and represent the company in exhibitions and other events.

Analyze and propose partnerships in order to achieve the objectives related to the Corporate Social Responsibility of the company.

• Handle marketing leads to promote them to the Sales Force in the CRM

• Update the website of the company and the social media accounts in cooperation with the HQ (Group Marketing Department)

• Create and send newsletters according to a specific plan in cooperation with the HQ (Group Marketing Department)

• Write content for newspaper articles, press releases, interviews, newsletters, social media. Choose the content depending on the audience (architects, fabricators etc)
