Ali Bey Hotels & Resorts are looking for Management Trainees who will be our future leaders!
We invite you to join our “Talent Journey”, one-year Hospitality MT Career Program, offering global career opportunities together with our sister brand Joali. Ali Bey Hotels & Resorts and Joali are Gürok Holding brands.
What are we looking for?
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism and Hotel Management department from reputable universities. Higher degrees will be an asset,
• 3-5 years of experience in hospitality,
• Fluency in English. Second language will be an asset,
• Strategic and innovative mindset,
• Strong communication, presentation skills,
• Willing to live in Antalya,
• Open to relocate abroad.
What is in the “Talent Journey” for you?
Through this program, our goal is to develop well-rounded professionals for future leadership roles in our global tourism organization. Our management trainees rotate to different assignments to gain insight on every aspect of the business. Those who are successful at the end of one year, will be assigned to permanent positions in Antalya or Maldives.

Foreign Language Compensation:In addition to the fee for each foreign language, employees with foreign language knowledge at the level of B1 and above are paid Foreign Language Compensation in the amounts determined by our facility.
Season Performance Bonus:The personnel who have successfully completed the season are paid a season performance bonus in the amount that can be up to their monthly salary.
