GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s or Master level degree in Faculty of Business Administration, Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences and Faculty of Fine Arts and Design or related department
· 2 years of experience in the field,
· Excellent verbal & written communication skills in Turkishand English
· Deep knowledge on MS office,
· Keeping up-to-date, tracking,
· Has the ability to perform multitasking, time management and follow-up,
· Written and verbal communication is strong, Diction is smooth,
· Istanbul will be able to work on the European side.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Managing alumni management platforms (content sharing, job announcements, etc.) and reporting on the platform.
· To provide the continuity of communication with the alumni of the university, to update their information, to save them in the internal system.
· To carry out the operational processes of the events organized for alumni.
· To provide that the alumni are informed about the announcements of the institutions/businesses that have open positions.
· To provide communication and coordination with the alumni when the academic and administrative units of the university need it.
· Carrying out daily operational work.
· Organizing and following the internal communication activities within the university.
