Who is Pisano Looking For?

We are looking for an Analyst who operates alongside the Sales, Marketing, Product, and Business Development Departments to support the informational needs associated with customer acquisition and product development.

A successful Analyst is a self-motivated individual who can perform at optimal levels under expectations and time pressure. You must be apassionate researcher and analyst of various free format data sources to monitor activities in our industry.


What Does Pisano Expect from You?

We expect you, our ideal Analyst, to

  • Deep and ongoing research and analysis of products and/or services and strategies available in our market, with a focus on the delivery of accurate, timely, unbiased, and contextual analysis as a subject matter expert (SME).
  • Actionable intelligence, sales tools, training, and consultative engagement to serve the needs of the above-mentioned departments with the net latest information, defensible analysis/proof points, and positioning of Pisano products and solutions favorably in the market.
  • Ongoing tracking and analysis of market players, emerging players, and trends.
  • Custom- direct deal support — regarding market positioning— for sales and executive teams upon request (some engagements may involve presenting to customers)
  • Intelligence data to product marketing in support of positioning and messaging and to product management in support of product roadmaps and strategy.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Fresh graduate or 1- 3 years of experience in product management, product marketing or market research, or a related field.
  • Experience working with senior decision-makers.
  • Deep insight into real-world customer issues through previous B2B software industry experience.
  • Ability to associate and articulate the impact of technical capabilities on customer value and outcomes.
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Proven analytical, conceptual design, and implementation background.
  • Advanced Excel and documentation skills.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • A track record of following through on commitments.
  • A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
