We are seeking for a high potential candidate to be evaluated in our “Business Process Solutions” Department with the following qualifications.
Responsibilities
· University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance.
· Good command in English, both verbal / written and required to communicate with global teams and clients.
· Excellent command in German, both verbal / written and required to communicate with global teams and clients.
· At least 0-5 years of cumulated experience in the area ofAccounting, Finance, Tax, Human Resources and Technology in a multi-national environment.
· Good communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications
· Leading the development of Accounting, Finance, Tax, Human Resources and Technology solutions by advising on, designing, or optimizing client's Accounting, Finance, Tax, Human Resources and Technology processes, procedures, models, and reports.
· Developing an in-depth knowledge of local and international accounting rules and principles (e.g., local GAAP, IFRS for all business cycles).
· Having a practical awareness of the BPS methodologies, processes and tools.
· Encouraging the utilization of the technology platforms in the team.
· Having a practical awareness of the technology put at disposal by the Firm and encourages its utilization in the team.
· Responding promptly to compliance requests by deadlines.
· Identifies and embraces our purpose and values and puts these into practice in their professional life.
· Develops self by actively seeking opportunities for growth, shares knowledge and experiences with others, and acts as a strong brand ambassador.
· Seeks opportunities to challenge self; teams with others across businesses and borders to deliver and takes accountability for own and team results.
