What You'll Provide
The candidate will be involved in Advanced Connectivity innovation activities having the following main objectives:
- Execute global projects of Innovation Master Plan,
- Realize PoCs and/or prototypes,
- Pre-develop innovative connected features and services.
- Ability to work in team and organize complex tasks
- Ability to support/consult work teams and teach /coach others
- Ability to work in multi-cultural teams
- Good problem-solving capability
- Good self-organization and analytical skills
- Good proficiency in English
Main activities of responsibility can be identified in the following list:
- Analysis of customer functional requirements (feature description) and translation into logical systems and/or SW specifications
- Logical definition of all the functions and interactions that compose the system through functional and non-functional requirements (functional system architecture)
- Definition of a preliminary set of product intent specifications
- Design/development/verification of software components (e.g. SW for Mobile and/or Automotive Android-based devices and iOs devices, embedded SW for automotive ECUs developed in native code, etc.)
- Technical coordination of SW design/development/verifications tasks within Innovation projects
What You'll Put to the Table
- Good to have a master degree in Computer Science / E/E / Automotive Engineering
- Work experience: 1 – 5 years
One or more of the following technical skills are required:
- Advanced knowledge of Java and Kotlin for Android programming languages and related code generation process (e.g.: Android Studio)
- Advanced knowledge of Android OS for both mobile and Automotive environments
- Experience in SW integration of 3rd party libraries
- Good knowledge of gradle system
- Experience in HMI programming (graphics, sound, user interaction, etc.)
- Good knowledge of automotive electronics and related integration issues
- Experience in requirements specification in the Automotive environment
- Basic knowledge of Model Based Engineering
- Basic knowledge of CAN Data Analysis by using Vector Sw (e.g. CANalyzer, CANape, CANdb++) and Hw (e.g. CANcaseXL, CANlog3, GL2000)
- Basic knowledge of C, C++ and/or C# programming languages and related code generation process
- Basic knowledge of other Automotive OSs (e.g. Linux, QNX for Automotive) and related SDK, development tools, programming techniques
- Basic knowledge of HTML5 and JavaScript applications development
- SW engineering skills (requirements analysis, SW architecture and design definition, SW documentation, etc.)
